Industrial Engineering and Maintenance Project Manager Join our team in a leading industry Job Description We are seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Engineering Project Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is critical to ensuring the efficient and continuous operation of our industrial processes, leading and managing engineering projects. Responsibilities · Plan, coordinate, and supervise all Maintenance Engineering activities. · Ensure project deadlines and budgets are met. · Develop and implement continuous improvement strategies for maintenance processes. · Supervise and evaluate the performance of the maintenance team. · Coordinate with other departments and suppliers to ensure operational efficiency. · Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations. Requirements · Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or related field. · Experience in Engineering Projects based on PMI standards. · Minimum 8 years of experience in maintenance engineering project management roles. · In-depth knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance techniques and methodologies, project management, and condition-based maintenance. · Proven team management and leadership skills. · Proficiency in maintenance management software (CMMS). · Experience using SAP PM software. · Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. · Ability to work under pressure and in fast-paced environments. · Willingness to travel within Mexico and the USA.
