Supervise recruitment and selection processes. Coordinate hiring and onboarding of new employees. Manage personnel files and staff movements. Supervise attendance records and payroll validation. Manage labor relations and address conflicts. Ensure compliance with labor regulations. Coordinate training programs and performance evaluations. Implement strategies to improve organizational climate. Experience and requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field. Master’s degree in Human Resources. Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position. Knowledge of current labor legislation. Experience managing payroll. Leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR information systems.
