You will **coordinate multidisciplinary teams**, apply **agile methodologies** to optimize processes, and guarantee the **timely delivery of high-quality solutions** in areas such as **Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Data Science, and cloud services**. Through **effective communication** and **proactive risk management**, you will **contribute to project success** and **client satisfaction**, driving the organization’s **strategic objectives**. **️ Key responsibilities include:** * Lead and manage technology and solution projects from inception (Kick\-off) through to delivery, ensuring completion within agreed time, scope, and budget. + Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into clear technical and functional requirements. + Develop and maintain a detailed project lifecycle, applying agile methodologies such as SCRUM (epics, features, user stories, and well-defined tasks) to ensure timely and high-quality delivery. + Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, including developers, data analysts, and other technical professionals, to achieve project goals. + Manage project risks effectively, proactively identifying and mitigating potential issues. + Establish and maintain clear, regular communication with all stakeholders—including internal and external clients—to ensure transparency and alignment across all project phases. + Collaborate with technical teams to deeply understand proposed technology solutions and ensure their feasibility and alignment with client business objectives. + Provide hypercare support during the initial implementation phase of solutions, ensuring a smooth transition and client satisfaction. + Monitor and update work plans, backlogs, budgets, reports, and billing tracking for projects. **✅ What benefits will you receive?** * WELLNESS: We’ll support your holistic well-being—personal, professional, and financial—through statutory and additional benefits designed to help you achieve balance. * LET´S RELEASE YOUR POWER: You’ll have the opportunity to comprehensively specialize across diverse areas and technologies, achieving interdisciplinary development. You’ll have the space, trust, and freedom to create—and the training required to make it happen. * WE GROW TOGETHER: You’ll participate in cutting-edge, multinational technology projects alongside international teams. **Where will you do this?** We are a large, fully remote team—flexible yet structured—providing the necessary equipment and internal communication tools to facilitate both our operations and those of our clients. ✅**Requirements:** * **Advanced English is mandatory** (B2\+ or C1 level), with current ability to hold technical and business conversations. * **Professional experience of 8–10 years**, including **at least 5 years leading technology projects**, preferably in consulting or IT services. * **Prior technical role experience**, ideally as a **BI Engineer, Data Engineer, Data Architect, or Business Analyst**. * **Up-to-date technical knowledge in:** + **Business Intelligence** (Qlik, Power BI, Tableau), + **Data Analytics and Data Science**, + **Cloud services (Azure)**, + **Administrative management in Azure DevOps** (backlog, sprints, user stories, etc.). * **Strong leadership skills**, with the ability to lead and motivate **cross-functional teams** toward shared goals. * **Proficiency in risk management** and resolution of critical project situations. * **Practical experience with agile methodologies (SCRUM)**; certifications preferred (e.g., **Scrum Master**). * **Excellent communication skills**, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and executive profiles (including **C\-Level**). * **Proven ability** to **translate business needs into clear technical and functional requirements**. * **Advanced analytical skills** and a proactive approach to **project risk management and control**. * **Additional project management certifications** (e.g., **PMP**) are considered advantageous.
