Responsibilities: * Provide on-site or remote technical support to end users. * Diagnose and resolve software and hardware issues. * Diagnose and resolve network, CCTV, switch, and related issues. * Configure desktop and mobile devices for end-user deployment (e.g., Office suite installation, antivirus, email setup, policy configuration, etc.). * Perform preventive maintenance on computer equipment. * Software installation. * Audit proper usage of computer and mobile devices.
