We are seeking your talent and dedication to fill the position of:** **MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR** Requirements * 5 years of verifiable experience, preferably in industry * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Maintenance Engineering * Availability to work from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday through Saturday **Experience in:** Rotating equipment such as centrifugal pumps, agitators, power transmission systems, sludge presses, Robushi blowers, mechanical seals, bearings, oil seals, lubrication methods, development of maintenance programs, personnel management, teamwork, and working under pressure. **Responsibilities:** * Control and execution of preventive maintenance routines for the paper machine and wastewater plant. * Availability and performance monitoring * Development and follow-up of maintenance plans * Failure matrix * Preparation of shift schedules * Spare parts catalog * Tracking of spare parts and service quotations * Management of spare parts receipt and allocation * Planning and scheduling of scheduled shutdowns for MP4 * Monitoring and control of KPIs * Managing opening and closing of work orders (WOs) in SVISION software * Conducting and overseeing safety talks **WE OFFER:** Savings Fund Grocery Vouchers Interested candidates should apply through this channel
