Our offer includes: * **Compensation**: MXN 20,000 net monthly; direct employment contract with statutory benefits and above-standard perks. * **Working Hours**: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM * **Work Location**: Tlalnepantla, State of Mexico. **What We’re Looking For** * 2 years of experience in: on-site unified communications support, remote collaboration support, technical support for unified communications, collaboration help desk, unified communications service desk, collaboration support engineering, Cisco Webex support, NOC engineer, Level 1 (L1) support, or L1 engineer. * 1–2 years of experience providing support, troubleshooting, and resolving Level 1 incidents for videoconferencing solutions based on Cisco Webex, Call Manager, Jabber, Spark, Cisco Room Kit Mini, Room Kit, and Room Kit Plus—either on-premises or cloud-based—or Google Workspace / Google Meet. * 1–2 years of experience handling user provisioning/deprovisioning, changes, PBX administration, switch management, installation and configuration of IP telephony, and Cisco software conferencing. * Perform daily checklists for meeting rooms or videoconferencing systems.
