We help companies **optimize their digital presence**, **automate key processes**, and **generate measurable results**. **Position Objective:** Provide **comprehensive technical support** and manage the corporate **IT infrastructure**, ensuring the **proper operation**, **availability**, and **security** of **networks, servers, systems, and computing equipment**. **Responsibilities:** * **Administration and support** of IT infrastructure. * **Configuration and administration of wired and wireless networks** (**UniFi / Ubiquiti**). * Management of **VLANs**, **managed switches**, **gateways**, and **firewalls**. * **Administration and maintenance of Windows Server**. * Management of **institutional hosting and email** (POP, IMAP, SMTP). * **End-user support** (on-site and remote). * **Handling and resolution of support tickets**. * **Configuration of computing equipment**, printers, remote access, and software. * **Basic database administration**. * **Installation and maintenance of structured cabling**, UTP patching, and **rack assembly**. * Administration of **security equipment** (IP CCTV, access control, time clocks). * **Preparation of technical reports**. * Use of **process management platforms (Monday)** and **CRM** (desirable). **Requirements:** * Technical degree or bachelor’s degree in **Systems, Computer Science, or Information Technologies**, or related field. * **Minimum 2 years of experience** in similar roles. * **Knowledge of:** * **Windows Server** (Active Directory, users, groups, permissions, policies, and services). * **VLANs, basic routing, gateways, firewalls, and network security**. * **Wired and wireless networks**. * **Server and database administration**. * **Comprehensive technical support**. **We Offer:** * **Salary commensurate with skills**. * **Job stability**. * **Opportunity for professional development**. * **Collaborative work environment**.
