Position Objective Design, structure, and implement improvements in production and maintenance processes using Lean methodologies and data analysis, identifying the 80/20 of factors impacting productivity, efficiency, and operational stability, ensuring process standardization and technical development of personnel. ⸻ Main Responsibilities 1\. Process Analysis and Optimization * Apply SMED methodology to reduce changeover times. * Implement Pareto (80/20) analysis for problem prioritization. * Measure and analyze OEE (Availability, Performance, and Quality). * Identify and categorize root causes: * Mechanical * Human * Method-related * System / Planning-related * Design and document standardized operational workflows… Required Tools and Methodologies The candidate must demonstrate practical knowledge and field application of: * Lean Manufacturing * SMED * OEE * Pareto (80/20) * 5 Whys * Ishikawa * Kaizen * Standardized work * Time and motion study * Process mapping (VSM) * Visual management * Skills matrix Desirable: * TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) * Basic Six Sigma * Experience in continuous manufacturing environments Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $12,000.00 \- $16,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
