Job Summary: We are seeking a Junior Site Resident with a passion for construction to support the Project Manager in site supervision and ensure project quality. Key Highlights: 1. A key commitment to guaranteeing full customer satisfaction. **Join our team as a Junior Site Resident!** Do you have a passion for construction and want to grow in the field of site supervision? We are looking for a professional with 2 years of experience, a degree and professional license in Architecture (architects only), advanced-level AutoCAD proficiency (mandatory), and intermediate-to-advanced Excel skills. Knowledge of MS Project and Presto is a plus! Also, a valid driver’s license is mandatory for this position. **What will you do with us?** You will support the Project Manager in supervising and supporting suppliers such as masons, carpenters, electricians, and more, ensuring that each project phase is executed with quality and within established timelines. Your commitment will be key to guaranteeing full customer satisfaction. **What do you need to stand out?** · Degree and professional license in Architecture · At least 2 years of on-site experience. · Advanced knowledge of finishes. · Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD. · Intermediate-to-advanced Excel skills. · Familiarity with MS Project and Presto is desirable. · Valid and mandatory driver’s license. · Willingness to travel. **What do we offer?** · Competitive salary, 100% on payroll, commensurate with your experience.
