Position Summary: We are seeking a Commercial Director to lead revenue strategy and consultative teams for financial products such as investment, credit, and loans. Key Highlights: 1. Development of institutional commercial and revenue strategy Join a strong company offering **financial products** such as **investment, credit, and loans**, with a strategic focus, including: **COMMERCIAL DIRECTOR – Investment Sector / Private Credit** Required Profile: * Solid experience in consultative sales within the financial, investment, or private capital sectors. * Track record in capital raising and placement. * Experience leading commercial teams and revenue processes. **Key Responsibilities:** * Design and execute institutional commercial and revenue strategy. * Develop opportunity pipeline and ensure measurable conversion. * Lead and train high-performing consultative commercial teams. * Prospect and close investments with HNW clients, entrepreneurs, and strategic partners. * Build relationships with family offices, investors, and capital networks. * Oversee forecasting, commercial metrics, and CRM discipline. * Actively participate in closings and strategic negotiations. **We Offer:** Base salary: $100,000 gross Statutory and above-statutory benefits Work location: South of CDMX **Schedule:** * Monday to Saturday * 1 day remote work Position type: Full-time Salary: $100,000.00 per month Benefits: * Flexible hours * Food vouchers Application Question(s): * What is your expected compensation?
