PROFILE: * Bachelor’s degree or current student in Accounting, Administration, or related field * 1–2 years of experience in a similar position RESPONSIBILITIES: * Preparation of weekly payroll for salaries and wages, and fees assimilated to salary * Preparation and calculation of severance payments and labor indemnities * Preparation and calculation of employer–employee social security contributions * Management and preparation of employment contracts * Management of the IDSE and SAT portals * Operation of the NOI and COI systems * Management of the FONACOT portal * Operation of the SUA system * Processing of employee onboarding, offboarding, and salary modifications, as well as obtaining EMA and EBA for corresponding months and bimonthly periods * Reconciliation of income tax (ISR) withholdings for salaries and ISR withholdings for fees assimilated to salary * Reconciliation of payroll CFDIs against accounting records and against the SAT Viewer * Accounting registration of payroll for salaries and wages, and fees assimilated to salary WE OFFER: Salary: $10,000 Schedule: Full-time.
