A motorcycle industry company is about to launch its nationwide operations, so we are seeking:
**ADMINISTRATIVE AND FINANCE MANAGER**
**Must reside in Toluca or nearby areas**
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Business financial planning, control, and analysis.
* Preparation and presentation of financial statements and strategic reports.
* Budget management, expense control, and audits.
* Supervision and operation of the accounting department and tax processes.
* Optimization and continuous improvement of financial processes.
* Financial operations and support for the dealer network.
* Internal financial operations.
**Profile We Are Seeking:**
* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Administration, or related field (postgraduate degree preferred).
* Minimum 5 years’ experience as Finance Manager or similar position.
* Experience in the motorcycle or automotive sector or in companies with a distributor network (highly preferred).
* Strong strategic, analytical, and results-oriented mindset.
**We Offer:**
* Gross monthly salary of $45,000 to $50,000, depending on experience level.
* Statutory benefits.
* Monday to Friday work schedule.
