




Position Summary: We are seeking a Training Supervisor to strengthen talent management processes, ensuring employee integration, development, and well-being through course delivery and training material design. Design and delivery of training courses We are a portfolio management company specialized in the recovery of various types of credit. We seek a Training Supervisor who will contribute to strengthening our talent management processes, ensuring the integration, development, and well-being of our employees. Main Responsibilities Delivery of onboarding and training courses Incident tracking Application and evaluation of learning evidence Feedback to course participants Delivery of onboarding courses for specialized positions Design and delivery of additional courses requested by different Secorse departments Development and implementation of training methodologies Updating and designing training course materials (assessments, instructional materials). Responsibility for new hires · We offer Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM; Friday: 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
