We are looking for a **Human Resources Generalist** with experience in operational recruitment and knowledge of labor processes to join our team at the **plant**. **Job Objective** Execute and monitor Human Resources processes at the plant, ensuring compliance with corporate policies regarding recruitment, training, personnel administration, workplace climate, and labor relations. Additionally, ensure regulatory compliance and continuous improvement in accordance with **ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001**, reinforcing the culture of safety, quality, and sustainability. **What would your responsibilities be?** * Recruitment, selection, and hiring of operational and technical staff. * Implementation of talent attraction strategies and mass recruitment for operational profiles. * Onboarding and follow-up for newly hired staff. * Management of physical and digital personnel files. * Attendance tracking, payroll incidents, and personnel movements. * Support for organizational development, workplace climate, and training programs. * Compliance with labor regulations (IMSS, INFONAVIT, STPS, etc.). * Management of HR metrics (turnover, absenteeism, headcount). * Generation of internal HR reports and summaries. * Coordination with educational institutions, job boards, and other recruitment sources. * Participation in job fairs. What profile are we looking for? * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Psychology, Industrial Relations, or related field (degree completed). * **Experience:** Minimum 2 years in a similar role within construction, manufacturing, or related industries. * **Knowledge:** \- Recruitment and selection processes. \- Current labor regulations (Federal Labor Law, IMSS, INFONAVIT). \- HR metrics management. \- Interview techniques and personnel evaluation. * **Software:** Intermediate-to-advanced Microsoft Office suite (Excel mandatory). * **English:** Intermediate (preferred). **Working Conditions** * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM * Location: Industrial plant, Santiago Tianguistenco.
