Leading logistics and distribution company is seeking: WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR (transfer center HUB) Education: Industrial Engineering, Logistics Engineering, Business Administration or related. Experience: 2 years as Warehouse Supervisor (preferably in retail companies). Responsibilities: * Be responsible for ensuring all warehousing processes are carried out correctly on time and managing and supervising personnel. * Verify batches to comply with FIFO policy. * Responsible for inventory, last mile process, and reverse logistics. * Guarantee product delivery in quantity, time, and condition (FillRate). * Develop cost reduction and improvement projects. * Implement TPM in the area. * Handle audits and follow-up on action plans. * Proficient in ERP SAP system. * Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends. Required knowledge and skills: * FIFO. * ERP. * Inventory management. * Warehousing. * Reverse logistics. * Last mile.
