




Position Summary: We are seeking proactive individuals with experience in developing training plans, measuring training impact, conducting needs assessments, and applying diverse methodologies. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in developing customized training plans 2. Proficiency in the SIRCE (STPS) system and DC5 registration 3. Experience in managing transportation personnel We require proactive candidates with experience in: * Developing customized training plans. * Measuring training impact through evaluations. * Staying up-to-date with the latest online and in-person training tools and platforms. * Conducting needs assessments. * Applying various methodologies, such as workshops, seminars, coaching, etc. * Proficiency in the SIRCE (STPS) system is mandatory. * Experience in managing transportation personnel. * Availability of time. * DC5 registration is mandatory.
