Identification of training needs and content design A leading industrial waste recovery company requires: Trainer Requirements: Registration with STPS\- DC5 (Desirable) Courses registered in safety and hygiene (Desirable) NOM 017, NOM 018, NOM 036, Manual and Power Tool Handling, Work at Heights, Cutting and Welding Operations, Fire Extinguisher Use and Handling, Electrical Safety and Work, Safe Use and Handling of Forklifts, Waste Management, Special, Hazardous, and Infectious Biological Waste, Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) of Hazardous Energy Sources, Mobile Equipment Operator, Electric Pallet Jack, Industrial Tugger, Heavy Load Lifting Operations Knowledge of the SIRCE platform Knowledge of human capital topics (desirable) Training plan development Responsibilities: Employee induction Identification of training needs End-to-end training for operational and administrative staff Employee training on safety and hygiene topics Design of training content and evaluation thereof DC\-3 release Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $17,000\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
