We are looking for an **HR Analyst** with a focus on **Personnel Administration**, who wants to grow, propose ideas, and become a key player in the department’s operations. **WHAT WILL YOU DO?** You will be responsible for executing and monitoring key HR processes: * Personnel file administration * IMSS registrations, terminations, and employee transfers * Attendance, vacation, and medical leave tracking * Pre-payroll processing * Employment contracts and labor documentation * Direct support to employees (answering questions, guiding through processes, providing accompaniment) * Monitoring compliance with labor regulations * Support in recruitment and onboarding **WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?** * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Psychology, HR, or related field * 1–3 years of experience in Personnel Administration * Knowledge of the Federal Labor Law (LFT), IMSS, and HR administrative processes * Intermediate Excel proficiency * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to interact effectively with staff * Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn **WE OFFER** * Salary: $12,000–$14,000 * Statutory benefits * Job stability * Professional development within the department **WHY JOIN US?** Here, you won’t just execute processes—you’ll **contribute to the growth of people and the company**.
