Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM Academic Requirements: Completed Bachelor's degree in Law (must possess Degree Certificate or Professional License) POSITION OBJECTIVE Provide legal advice and litigation support in criminal, civil, and commercial matters to the FINDEP Group. Additionally, respond to official requests issued by judicial authorities and public prosecutors. Draft complaints and lawsuits, ensuring timely follow-up until conclusion of the corresponding proceedings. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES * Respond to official requests submitted by various local, municipal, and federal authorities requiring action from companies within the FINDEP Group. * Represent and monitor commercial, criminal, and civil lawsuits in which any company of the FINDEP Group is a party, safeguarding the interests of said group. * File and track complaints with the Public Prosecutor’s Office regarding crimes affecting companies of the FINDEP Group, as well as provide legal advice to employees on such matters. * Provide legal assistance for incidents occurring at various branches involving crimes affecting branches, employees, or assets of companies within the FINDEP Group. * Appear before judicial authorities as required in civil, commercial, and criminal proceedings. Theoretical and Technical Knowledge: * Solid theoretical and practical knowledge of civil, commercial, and criminal litigation. * Solid theoretical and practical knowledge of hearings, procedural acts, and appearances before judicial and administrative authorities. * Solid theoretical and practical knowledge of the accusatory criminal justice system. * Experience analyzing case theory. * Experience drafting lawsuits and complaints. *Thank you for your interest, and we wish you the very best of luck in your application process!*
