Requirements: * 4\+ years of native iOS experience (Swift required; Objective C a plus) * Production support experience for iOS apps (L2 or similar) * Strong incident analysis, RCA, and bug fixing ADVANCED ENGLISH IS A MUST Hybrid role in CDMX or Guadalajara or Monterrey Responsibilities: * Provide L2 support for production iOS applications * Troubleshoot crashes, performance issues, memory leaks, and API failures * Implement minor code fixes within L2 scope * Support pre and post release activities * Collaborate with L3 engineering, backend, and QA teams Why Cognizant?
