Technical support and equipment maintenance **Avance en Calidad S.A. de C.V. is seeking an IT Assistant in Miguel Hidalgo, Ciudad de México** ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ***Join our team as an IT Assistant!*** ***Are you a recent graduate or do you have basic technical support experience?*** ***This is your opportunity to develop professionally and gain experience in the systems field.*** **We Offer:** * Monthly salary of $9,579\.04 * Statutory benefits from the first day of employment. * Grocery vouchers amounting to 6% of the monthly salary * **Work schedule: Monday to Sunday, 11 a.m. to 9 p.m., with 2 days off during the week.** * Work location: Near Toreo Metro Station, Miguel Hidalgo Borough (we are very close to Walmart Toreo) **Requirements:** * Education: Completed high school * Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office suite * Knowledge of software, hardware, troubleshooting computer equipment, network cables, corporate email systems, IP, etc. * **IMPORTANT: Must be available to travel to various locations across CDMX and the State of Mexico.** **Responsibilities:** * Preventive and corrective maintenance of computer equipment. * Providing remote and/or on-site technical support. * Troubleshooting computer equipment. * Installation and/or configuration of corporate email systems.
