Safeguard client assets by identifying and anticipating potential adverse conditions in each residential development. Consistently seek balance between company interests and the unique requirements of each development so that both parties—the company and the client—are fully satisfied with the final deliverable. **Requirements:** * Completed degree in Civil Engineering * Minimum 3 years’ experience in the same position * Experience in topographic boundary surveys * Experience in Electrical, Hydraulic, Sanitary, potable water, platform, earthwork, and pavement engineering * Experience in earth movement analysis * Preparation and review of descriptive project reports for housing developments * Ongoing technical support to contractors during work execution * Basic knowledge in geotechnical engineering * Knowledge of authorization procedures before relevant government agencies * Proficiency in Auto\-Cad and Civil Cad software **We Offer:** * Competitive salary * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements * Excellent working environment * Professional development and growth opportunities * Training programs
