Executive communication with senior stakeholders *Join MovIT!* Our Expertise: SAP implementations, turnkey projects, software factory, and IT staffing. **Scrum Master / PM E\-commerce** * **Work Model:** ***First month onsite, then hybrid at corporate offices****(Av Alfonso Reyes 100, Zona Valle Poniente, 66196, Santa Catarina, N.L.)* **ABOUT THE ROLE** * You will serve as the **convergence point among business, product, and technology**, ensuring continuous, high-value delivery of E\-commerce ecosystem initiatives. Your leadership will be critical to coordinating cross-functional teams, anticipating risks, and guaranteeing alignment with local and international stakeholders. **EXPERIENCE** * 5\+ years as a **Senior Scrum Master**, **Delivery Lead**, or **Digital Project Manager**. * **Advanced English** (Fluent communication with teams in India, France, United States, Colombia, Spain.) * **E-commerce / digital channels** * Advanced Jira proficiency. * Experience with international teams and high-complexity projects. * Soft skills: critical thinking, stress tolerance, assertive communication, leadership without formal authority, and results orientation. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:** * **End\-to\-end delivery leadership:** Execute comprehensive initiatives while ensuring timeline, scope, and quality. Adapt working frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, Hybrid, Waterfall) according to project nature—without limiting yourself to a single methodological model. * **Advanced backlog management:** Collaborate with business and product teams to translate needs into actionable epics, features, and user stories. Advise on prioritization based on value, urgency, risk, dependencies, and team capacity. * **Jira mastery (advanced level):** Board configuration, handling complex workflows, managing epics, versions, releases, and cross\-team dependencies. Building executive dashboards and tracking key metrics: velocity, predictability, and deviations. Ensuring traceability and consistent, up\-to\-date updates. * **Risk management:** Proactively identify technical, functional, operational, and business risks. Maintain an updated risk register with impact, probability, and mitigation plans. Anticipate impacts on releases, commercial deadlines, and critical integrations. Escalate timely before risks materialize. * **Coordination of cross\-functional and distributed teams:** Orchestrate teams of over 30 people across multiple countries (India, United States, Colombia, Spain, France). Manage team capacity, clear communication, operational agreements, and dependencies with external vendors. * **Executive communication:** Prepare and present status updates, risks, progress reports, and required decisions to senior stakeholders—using clear, structured, impact\-oriented communication.
