JOB DESCRIPTION **PICKER (WAREHOUSE)** ==================== **Fixed Shift** ============== **Park VII Airport** ======================= **Job Description** -------------------------- We are looking for a Picker to join our warehouse team. The role involves order picking, merchandise organization, and support in operational activities, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with quality standards. **Requirements** -------------- * Minimum education: **Junior High School** (flexible if primary school completed). * Minimum **1 year of experience in a similar position**. * Preferred experience in **warehousing and logistics companies**. * Age: 25 to 50 years. * Responsible, punctual, honest, and proactive attitude. * Basic knowledge of radio frequency equipment operation (preferred). **Main Responsibilities** ------------------------- * Order picking and preparation. * Rearrangement and organization of merchandise. * Use of radio frequency equipment (where applicable). * Cleaning and maintaining order in the work area. * Preparation of daily activity reports. **We Offer** ------------- * Weekly net pay of $2,200.00. * Statutory benefits. * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements. * 20 days of Christmas bonus. * Monthly $500 attendance and punctuality bonus (grocery vouchers). * Transportation service (El Marqués). * Job stability. **Schedule** ----------- Monday to Saturday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Fixed day off on Sundays. **Required Documentation** --------------------------- * Birth certificate * Official ID (INE) * Taxpayer Status Certificate * Proof of address * Social Security Number * Job application form * 2 employment reference letters * Bank account (BBVA preferred) * INFONAVIT Retention Notice (if applicable, for those with an active loan)
