What Will You Do Day-to-Day? Prospect industrial-sector companies (manufacturing, engineering, operations) Identify key contacts (managers, directors, department heads) Execute multi-channel outreach: Calls Emails LinkedIn Generate interest in digitalization and operational efficiency solutions Qualify opportunities before handing them off to the commercial team Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects Use digital tools and AI to optimize your prospecting Record activities and progress in CRM Who Are We Looking For? 0–2 years of experience in sales, prospecting, or customer service Or candidates with strong initiative and interest in developing a career in sales Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) Organization and follow-up discipline Persistence (not giving up after the first attempt) Curiosity about industries and processes Interest in or experience using AI tools (desirable, not mandatory) We’ll Especially Love It If You Also: Have conducted cold calls or prospecting Have used LinkedIn to generate contacts Are interested in the industrial/technology space Enjoy learning quickly and continuously improving How Will Your Success Be Measured?
