Logistics\- Full-time\- Professional. **Position Objective:** Analyze, coordinate, and evaluate foreign trade operations and production control through documentation management, shipment tracking, and SAP utilization; ensuring proper execution and closure of production orders, as well as compliance with operational indicators (SFM and BSC) and tax requirements; thereby guaranteeing operational continuity, regulatory compliance, and process efficiency, contributing to continuous improvement of the department. **Main Responsibilities:** **Import / Export** * Review documentation for imports and exports. * Liaise with customs brokers, freight forwarders, internal users / warehouse for shipment tracking. **Maintain fiscal records for foreign trade operations – Expense Accounts** **Release of Production Orders** * Create trial orders for material processing. * Create serial production orders for material processing. * Create rework orders for material processing involving customer returns due to findings outside specifications. * Verify correct closure of production orders in the system. * Generate production order reports to track overdue orders with production departments. * **General Responsibilities** + SAP-specific expertise. + Participate in annual inventory and ensure audit-ready reporting. + Monitor SFM and BSC performance indicators.
