Position Summary: We are seeking an Industrial Project Architect to ensure project quality, develop designs in Revit and AutoCAD, and manage formal and legal documentation. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive project oversight and quality assurance 2. Project development in Revit and AutoCAD 3. Management of construction permit procedures Industrial Project Architect: Responsibilities include: Providing comprehensive oversight and ensuring project quality by aligning design with formal and legal documentation at every stage of each project. Executing and developing projects in Revit and AutoCAD, including the creation of visualizations, presentations, and other project elements required for proper final client delivery. Carrying out assigned tasks according to agreed schedules and deadlines. KNOWLEDGE OF CONSTRUCTION PERMIT PROCEDURES; PROCEDURAL MANAGEMENT WITH SAPAL/CEA, CFE, ETC. **MUST-HAVE:** Revit (minimum 80% proficiency), AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, Lumion **PREFERRED:** NeoData, Microsoft Project, Navisworks, SketchUp, 3ds Max Direct employment contract with the company Job Type: Full-time Salary: $17,000.00 - $19,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
