**Role / Description** Responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining server-side logic, databases, and APIs that connect web applications and services. Also responsible for ensuring systems operate efficiently, securely, and scalably, providing the necessary infrastructure for user-to-system interaction from the server side. **Responsibilities** * Design and develop server architecture, databases, and application logic components. * Implement and maintain RESTful APIs and web services enabling communication between front-end and back-end. * Optimize application performance and scalability, ensuring appropriate response times and efficient resource utilization. * Manage integration with external systems and third-party services. * Ensure data security and protection against common vulnerabilities. * Document code, APIs, and technical processes following best practices. * Participate in code reviews and contribute to the team’s continuous improvement. **Requirements / Knowledge** * Proven backend development experience using languages such as Python, Node.js, Nest.js, Django, C#, .Net Core, etc. * Advanced knowledge of relational databases (SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL) and non-relational databases (MongoDB, Redis). * Solid understanding of web protocols and technologies, such as HTTP, REST, GraphQL, and WebSockets. * Proficiency with version control tools such as Git. * Ability to work with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). * Mastery of data security and protection best practices. * Analytical ability and skill in solving complex technical problems. * Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team. * Technical English for reading and understanding documentation. * \*(Desirable) Knowledge of AI solutions and tools. **Profile** * Gender: Unrestricted. * Experience: Minimum verifiable 2 years of backend work experience. * Degree: * Computer Systems Engineering, * Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technologies, * Other IT-related degrees * Skills: * Logical thinking and analytical ability to solve complex problems. * Ability to implement security measures and data protection. * Skill in documenting processes and writing clean, maintainable code. * Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies and tools. * Efficient time management and task prioritization under pressure. * Self-learning and self-management capability. * Ability to work cooperatively and constructively within a team. * Responsibility and commitment. * Languages: * English: Intermediate (520 or 90 TOEFL) Employment type: Full-time Salary: $25,000.00 \- $28,000.00 per month Benefits: * Major medical expense insurance * Grocery vouchers Work location: Hybrid remote in 64650, Cooperativa Cuauhtémoc, N.
