Job Summary: This position involves comprehensive warehouse management, from receiving and preparing supplies to repackaging, labeling, and inventory control. Key Highlights: 1. Manages key warehouse indicators and contributes to quality policy. 2. Performs preparation, repackaging, and labeling of supplies. 3. Controls the spare parts database and delivers to manufacturing. Understand key warehouse indicators and identify one's contribution to each of them. Understand the quality policy and procedures and work instructions for the activities performed. Check daily orders in KITCENTER; prioritize orders according to delivery date/ Review orders in WASS M2. Prepare supplies according to the process to be carried out: labeling, repackaging, KIT. Assign tasks and workstations. Pick materials for repackaging. Confirm materials and transport them to the repackaging area. Unpack and inspect products. Complete the repackaging inspection form. Prepare and inspect new packaging. Repackage and relabel KIT. Place materials in the finished goods area. Carry out the entry process into the LWREM area. Check trpacks in M2. Print STU labels. Apply STU labels. Enter materials into the corresponding area. Control spare parts database in warehouse.
