We seek a candidate with over 7 years of professional experience in this role or similar positions, recognized as a technical or functional reference within the team. This profile must possess the necessary experience to successfully carry out job responsibilities with a high degree of autonomy, assuming greater responsibilities and leading critical or strategic activities—planning, executing, and reporting results without requiring constant supervision. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Develop and maintain applications using Java 17 or later and Spring Boot. * Implement and manage microservices using tools such as Eureka and Config Server. * Deploy and manage applications in OpenShift/Kubernetes environments. * Apply resilience patterns such as Circuit Breaker and Bulkhead to ensure service stability. * Perform unit testing using Mockito and other tools. * Lead development teams, resolve technical questions, and promote best practices. * Optimize processes, anticipate risks, and resolve issues quickly and with sound technical judgment. * Act as a mentor or point of contact for other team members. * Participate in defining processes, methodologies, and standards, driving new initiatives or improvements that add value to the service or organization. * Collaborate with other teams to ensure integration and proper functioning of solutions. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Requirements:** * More than 7 years of experience in Java development or similar roles. * Proficiency in Java 17 or later and Spring Boot. * Experience in microservices development and management using Eureka and Config Server. * Experience deploying and managing applications in OpenShift/Kubernetes. * Implementation of resilience patterns such as Circuit Breaker and Bulkhead. * Experience leading development teams and resolving technical questions. * Knowledge of unit testing and use of Mockito. * Ability to work with a high degree of autonomy and assume strategic responsibilities. * Skill in optimizing processes, anticipating risks, and acting as a technical reference. * Excellent communication and teamwork skills. **Desirable:** * Certifications in related technologies. * Experience in agile environments. **Additional Information** **We Offer:** * Competitive salary. * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements. * Opportunity for professional growth and development. * Excellent working environment.
