Positive work environment **TECHNICAL SUPPORT (IMMEDIATE HIRING)** Work Locations: Huixquilucan Responsibilities: Provide user support and service by delivering first- and second-level technical support for the various technologies used by the company. Requirements: Degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Systems Engineering, or Computer Science Monday to Friday work schedule 8:00 AM to 6:30 PM Shift rotation is required, and travel throughout Mexico (occasionally) is needed for on-site support. 1 to 2 years of experience in first- and second-level technical support, with knowledge of CCTV, networks, access control systems, structured cabling, computer equipment, and hardware and software maintenance and troubleshooting. Strong interest in customer attention and service. We Offer: Monthly salary: $12,500\.00 Positive work environment.
