Job Summary: This role aims to ensure the quality, stability, and performance of digital platforms and applications through the design and execution of automated tests. Key Responsibilities: 1. Design, develop, and maintain test automation scripts. 2. Optimize automation frameworks and propose technical improvements. 3. Collaborate with the development team to resolve incidents. **JOB OBJECTIVE** Ensure the quality, stability, and performance of Meddi’s digital platforms and applications by designing, executing, and continuously improving automated tests. This role will guarantee that products meet functional, technical, and security standards required within the digital health ecosystem. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Design, develop, and maintain automation scripts for functional, regression, and integration testing. * Automate end-to-end workflows and key use cases across web and mobile applications. * Participate in early development stages to define acceptance criteria and test strategies. * Execute automated and manual tests as needed, ensuring adequate coverage and functionality quality. * Identify, document, and track defects using quality management tools. * Perform root cause analysis and collaborate with the development team to resolve incidents. * Optimize existing automation frameworks and propose technical improvements. **Skills and Competencies** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related fields (preferred). * 2 years of experience in QA Automation. * Hands-on experience with automation frameworks such as Cypress, Playwright, Selenium, Appium, or others. * Solid knowledge of API testing (Postman, RestAssured, Swagger, etc.). * Experience with Git and basic CI/CD pipelines. * Understanding of web, mobile, and backend service architectures. * Ability to write code in JavaScript, Java, or similar languages. * Basic database knowledge.
