Ensuring the best service and sales experience **Header \- External** ------------------------- VP: VPGM Region Centro Entity: Mexico Location Type: Tda Cdmx Cuautitlan Izcalli I **BTP Position Objective** ------------------------------- Advise customers to identify their service needs at AT\&T stores, achieving optimization while adhering to established processes and policies. **Key BTP Responsibilities** ------------------------------------- Establish cordial and service-oriented relationships with customers to ensure service levels, thereby providing alternatives for problem resolution. Execute quality standards established by Management and ensure the best service and sales experience. Accurately and completely channel customer visits into the company's systems for improved satisfaction.
