We are a software development and telecommunications company focused on creating innovative solutions that optimize the customer experience—join our team as: **BUSINESS DEVELOPER JR** What Are We Looking For? * Completed or incomplete bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related field * 2 years of experience prospecting enterprise clients (B2B), preferably with Contact Center, Software, IT, or Telecom solutions * Identification of target segments * Negotiation skills * Effective communication (written and oral) * Proficiency in lead prospecting and qualification techniques * Experience conducting cold calls and follow-ups * Ability to handle objections and respond to prospects’ frequently asked questions * Proactive profile **(MANDATORY)** What Will Be Your Main Responsibilities? * Generate business opportunities through cold prospecting * Filter, profile, and assign leads generated via various marketing strategies * Follow up on leads across multiple channels: email, phone, WhatsApp, chatbot, Brevo * Collaborate with the team to identify growth opportunities and develop new business * Ensure follow-up on qualified leads, driving their conversion into business opportunities What Do We Offer? * Professional growth within a continuously innovating company * People- and teamwork-focused culture * Challenges that drive your development Learn About Our Benefits: * Monday to Friday, 9\-6 PM * Hybrid work model (3 days in office, 2 days remote) * Professional development and continuous training * Statutory and above-statutory benefits (grocery vouchers, 30% vacation bonus, 30-day year-end bonus) * Grocery vouchers: $2,000 * Work location: Narvarte neighborhood Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $15,000\.00 \- $18,000\.00 per month Workplace: Hybrid remote work in Cuauhtémoc, CDMX
