Contribute to performance and user experience improvements **Job Description** We are seeking an Android Mobile App Developer to support the Glassdoor Android app. This role focuses on delivering new features, maintaining existing functionality, resolving bugs, and improving app performance and overall user experience. Enterprise experience strongly preferred. **Key Responsibilities** * Develop and support features for a production Android application * Build and maintain application functionality using Kotlin * Implement asynchronous workflows using Kotlin Coroutines and Structured Concurrency * Develop modern UI components using Jetpack Compose * Apply Clean Architecture principles with clear separation across Data, Domain, and Presentation layers * Troubleshoot issues, resolve bugs, and improve application stability * Partner with cross\-functional teammates to deliver high\-quality mobile experiences * Contribute to ongoing performance and user experience improvements **Qualifications** **Must\-Have Skills** * Strong Android development experience with Kotlin * Solid background in Kotlin Coroutines and Structured Concurrency * Hands\-on experience with Jetpack Compose * Experience implementing Clean Architecture * Ability to maintain strict separation of layers across Data, Domain, and Presentation **Nice\-to\-Have Skills** * Experience with GraphQL **Additional Information** **Required Tools \& Platforms** * Android * Kotlin * Kotlin Coroutines * Jetpack Compose * Clean Architecture * GraphQL (nice to have) **Location, Time \& Engagement** * Contract role * Full\-time, 40 hours per week * Remote * Open to candidates located in LATAM or EMEA
