Develop annual maintenance plans for various factory systems and be responsible for their implementation. 2\. Establish Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for each system and be responsible for training shift personnel to ensure rapid and proficient operation. Achieve operational capability. 3\. Establish a shift inspection system, develop inspection routes, and collect shift reports. 4\. Analyze, organize, and control energy consumption, utilizing factory-wide energy data. Break down and allocate enterprise knowledge usage. 5\. Responsible for external communication related to factory matters and special equipment. Accounting and maintenance management. 6\. Implement and execute other tasks assigned by superiors. Job Requirements: 1\. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Electronics, or other engineering disciplines. Experience: Proficiency in English (mandatory). 2\. More than 5 years of factory work experience, with familiarity with SMT factory workers. Suitable environment. 3\. Familiar with the operation and maintenance of semiconductor cleanrooms, with strong HVAC capabilities. Basic knowledge of mechanical and electronic systems, including air conditioning, chilled water, hot water, CDA, and vacuum systems. Proficient in basic semiconductor wastewater treatment systems and special gas chemical systems. Understanding. 4\. Familiar with the operation and operating principles of cleanroom HVAC equipment, with system optimization capability. 5\. Possession of other relevant certifications (high- and low-voltage electrician certification, pressure vessel operator certification). Certifications for facility and special equipment administrators will be prioritized.
