Ensure packaged materials are available. Ensure proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is available and that other safety procedures are understood and followed. Request assistance from your Supervisor if needed. * Ensure the line is correctly configured per filling and packaging instructions. Adjust the line as necessary or request support from your Supervisor or Maintenance Technician. * Operate filling and packaging equipment continuously. Equipment types may include sleeve labelers, tape machines, barcode coders, inkjet printers, manual wrenches, hand seals, palletizers, and lid presses, etc. Adjust equipment to control weight, closures, or other parameters as required by specifications. * Perform all operations on production lines, including empty-container loading lines, labeling, filling, capping, barcode generation, sampling, maintaining a clean and organized work area, and other related activities. * Actively participate in Kaizens, 5S, and special projects. * Continuously identify opportunities to eliminate waste in systems and processes. * Accurately and timely complete and document activities measuring quality and productivity. This may include weighing and performing basic quality tests. Enter results on paper or computer. * Complete packaging and filling tasks meeting or exceeding standards. * Assist with line changeovers, including wash water collection. * Maintain a clean and safe work environment. **Position Details:** * Plant location: CITIES/AREA * Work schedule: DETAILS (including weekend rotation, if applicable) * Compensation package offered: DETAILS **Essential Requirements:** * High school diploma or equivalent. * At least one year of plant or warehouse experience. * Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division of whole numbers, fractions, percentages, and decimals). * No immigration sponsorship available for this role. **Physical Demands:** * Ability to lift and carry up to 22 kg. * Pass a drug screening test and physical examination. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Ability to complete job-required training and skills (e.g., DOT and Hazardous Material Safety training). * Ability to understand and track safety, quality, and productivity data. * Mechanical aptitude. * Experience with Total Production Management (TPM) and continuous improvement systems. * Attention to detail, communication skills, and teamwork.
