Procurement Manager

**Job Objective**
Lead the organization's procurement strategy, ensuring the availability of fast-moving products and specialized materials, optimizing acquisition costs, and maintaining strong relationships with domestic and international suppliers to maximize business profitability.
**Key Responsibilities**
* **Inventory Management:** Monitor stock levels to prevent stockouts or excess inventory (over-stock), especially for high-demand products.
* **Strategic Negotiation:** Negotiate pricing, payment terms, delivery conditions, and volume-based incentives with manufacturers and distributors.
* **Supplier Development:** Identify and evaluate new supply sources (local and imported) to diversify the product catalog and improve quality.
* **Market Analysis:** Monitor fluctuations in raw material costs to anticipate strategic purchases ahead of price increases.
* **Quality Control:** Ensure received materials comply with technical standards and certifications required in the construction and hardware sectors.
* **Internal Collaboration:** Work closely with Sales and Logistics teams to align procurement with demand forecasts and seasonal promotions.
Our Ideal Candidate
* **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, International Trade, or related field.
* **Experience:** Minimum 5 years in procurement, preferably in the hardware or construction sector.
* **Knowledge:** Advanced Excel proficiency and experience managing procurement KPIs.
* Mature professional profile, ideally aged 40–45.
