We are currently seeking a Senior .Net / SQL Developer eager to pursue continuous growth while developing talent and skills. The candidate must have 4 years of experience in solution development and support using SQL Server and .NET, including participation in production environments and critical processes. Eligible Majors: Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. **Required Skills / Knowledge** * Analytical ability and technical problem-solving skills. * Advanced SQL Server (T\-SQL, stored procedures, query optimization). * C\#/.NET development. * Practical experience working with models or optimizers from a technical perspective. * Excel usage for analysis and validation. **Desirable** * Practical knowledge of optimization models (rules, constraints, heuristics). * Experience interpreting optimizer results. * Visual Studio and Azure DevOps (repositories, PRs, pipelines). * Development practices (version control, testing). * Python knowledge.
