We are currently seeking to add an **Optical Fiber Specialist Trainer** to our team, responsible for developing the technical talent of our installers nationwide and ensuring high standards of field execution, service, and quality. **Job Objective:** To train and strengthen the **technical and operational competencies** of installer technicians through theoretical and hands-on training, ensuring mastery of processes, protocols, and best practices for efficient and safe field execution. **Key Responsibilities:** * Design and deliver **technical training programs** on optical fiber installation and maintenance. * Train and certify installer technicians across various states of the Republic. * Evaluate trainees’ technical knowledge and performance. * Supervise proper implementation of processes, quality standards, and safety protocols. * Identify areas for improvement and develop technical reinforcement plans. * Develop **manuals, guides, and instructional materials**. * Conduct field mentoring and validations. * Standardize technical processes and best practices nationwide. * Monitor **training, performance, and rework indicators**. * Coordinate training logistics and travel arrangements. **Requirements:** * Technical degree or bachelor’s degree in **Telecommunications, Electronics, Systems, or related fields**. * Minimum **3 years of experience as a technical trainer**. * Solid knowledge of **optical fiber installation, maintenance, and fault diagnosis**. * Experience delivering hands-on and theoretical training in the field. * **Willingness to travel frequently**. * Strong communication, leadership, and group facilitation skills. * Results-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement. **We Offer:** * **Job stability**. * **Professional development and growth**. * Continuous training. * A dynamic and collaborative work environment. * Participation in nationally impactful projects. **Apply now and join a team that connects thousands of people every day.** Employment Type: Indefinite-term position Salary: Starting at $18,000.00 MXN per month Work Location: On-site
