Position Summary: KATCON is seeking a Quality Intern to support the implementation, maintenance, and monitoring of the Quality Management System, documentation development, and activities related to quality control. Key Highlights: 1. Support in implementation and maintenance of the Quality Management System 2. Support in quality control for processes and products 3. Participation in nonconformance analysis and quality tools **KATCON is looking for:** **Quality Intern** **Responsibilities:** * Support in the implementation, maintenance, and monitoring of the Quality Management System. * Development, control, and updating of system documentation (procedures, forms, work instructions, and records). * Collection, basic analysis, and tracking of quality indicators (KPIs). * Support in quality control activities for processes and products. * Support in process standardization and continuous improvement. * Participation in nonconformance analysis and basic quality tools (5S, Ishikawa, Pareto, etc.). * General administrative support for the Quality Department. * Follow-up on tasks assigned by the department. **Requirements:** * Currently enrolled student in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Quality Engineering, or related field. * Enrolled in the 7th or 8th semester. * Basic knowledge of quality systems and industrial processes. * Basic proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office tools. * Proactive attitude, organizational skills, and attention to detail. **Schedule:** * 4 to 6 hours per day, Monday through Friday. **Work Mode:** * On-site. **Location:** * Santa Catarina, Nuevo León.
