Job Objective: You will be responsible for promoting and selling our mobile phone products within the SUBURBIA GONZALITOS N store, delivering exceptional customer service and exceeding sales expectations. Your role will be essential in ensuring that our customers receive the best shopping experience and find the device that best suits their needs. Key Responsibilities: Promotion and Sales: Attractively present our mobile phone devices, highlighting their features, benefits, and associated plans. Advise customers on the best available options, tailoring recommendations to their requirements and budget. Customer Service: Provide friendly, professional, and efficient service. Address all customer questions and concerns, ensuring their satisfaction at all times. Effectively handle objections. Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on the latest mobile technology trends, new product launches, technical specifications, and mobile phone plans. Become an expert on the full range of products we offer. Goal Achievement: Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets set by the company. Actively participate in strategies to increase sales. Display and Maintenance: Ensure product displays are clean, organized, and attractive, adhering to brand and store visual guidelines. Prospecting and Follow-up: Identify opportunities to generate new sales and, where applicable, follow up with potential customers. Reporting: Generate daily/weekly sales and activity reports as required by your supervisor. Collaboration: Work collaboratively with store staff and other GRUPO BENBER team members to achieve shared goals. Requirements: Experience: Minimum 3 months of verifiable sales experience, preferably in mobile phones or technology. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to persuade and negotiate. Customer Orientation: Strong service orientation and ability to build trust-based relationships with customers. Technological Knowledge: Interest in and basic knowledge of smartphones, mobile operating systems, and accessories. Proactivity and Dynamism: An active, self-motivated person capable of working under pressure. Positive Attitude: Willingness to learn, adapt, and maintain an enthusiastic attitude.
