As a customer service representative, you’ll work directly with our customers over email, chat, and phone. Our customer service team focuses on helping our customers with our products. * 6 months\-1 year of BPO customer service experience (preferred) * Previous Sales Experience (Call Center and or B2B a plus) * Demonstrates effective, clear and professional written and oral communication. * Education level\- High School Diploma or equivalent (min.) * Ability to use a desktop/Laptop and familiarity with Internet Browsers, Windows OS, Microsoft Outlook and MS Office. * Manage Calls, Chat and emails solving customer issues, complaints, and inquiries on the first call, with customer satisfaction as your primary goal * Build relationships with customers and engage them by going the extra mile What we offer * Great base salary plus bonuses up to $21,000 per month * **Law Benefits** * **Life Insurance** * **Pantry Vouchers**
