Development and implementation of operational efficiency methodologies – Leading company in the paper industry \*Pesquería, Nuevo León\* \| On-site employment Plant Maintenance Manager We are seeking a Maintenance Manager focused on operational reliability, technical leadership, and continuous improvement to ensure optimal operation of plant machinery and infrastructure. Requirements * Degree in Industrial Maintenance Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or related field * Minimum 3 years of experience as Maintenance Supervisor in an industrial plant * Proficiency in electromechanics, mechanics, and electricity * Knowledge of industrial electronics * Experience leading work teams * Familiarity with KPIs and continuous improvement Responsibilities * Plan and implement initiatives to improve equipment and facility reliability and efficiency * Ensure compliance with preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs * Monitor and control maintenance department KPIs * Manage and control the department budget * Supervise and develop the technical maintenance team * Analyze machine downtime and internal failures * Implement TPM and operational efficiency methodologies * Prepare monthly and quarterly reports * Monitor machinery productivity and operational availability We Offer * Statutory and above-statutory benefits * Grocery vouchers * Savings fund * Job stability * Growth opportunities Position Details * Employment type: Full-time * Shift: Morning shift (10 hours) * Work mode: On-site * Location: – Pesquería, Nuevo León
