The position involves direct client interaction and requires outstanding skills in graphic presentation and representation. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Review architectural project drawings and engineering documents * Ensure proper project planning in coordination with involved departments * Review quantity takeoffs and approval (Vo. Bo.) for bulk procurement * Generate construction progress reports for General Management (Actual vs. Planned Progress / Actual vs. Planned Cost) * Report construction progress and identify risks * Control the project's base budget (Labor, Materials) * Contract management * Management of change orders * Preparation of estimates and payments to subcontractors * Preparation of reports to General Management on construction schedule and supply tracking * Preparation of additional cost estimates and budgets * Preparation of additional project budgets * Follow-up on construction requisitions with involved departments * Preparation of unit price cards and estimates **REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor's degree in Architecture (licensed) * Proficiency in Office software, AutoCAD, Opus * Minimum verifiable experience of 2 years in Construction Site Control for AAA residential housing projects * Excellent coordination, order, structure, and organizational skills * Direct interaction with contractors * Experience in residential-level construction finishes **KNOWLEDGE:** * Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D * SketchUp * Knowledge and proficiency in Office software Employment type: Full-time Salary: $20,000.00 - $25,000.00 per month Benefits: * Salary increases Work location: On-site employment
