Central Mill Operator **Job Objective:** Responsible for operating and adjusting production machinery to ensure compliance with the daily production schedule, product quality, and company-established safety standards. Responsibilities: * Operate, adjust, and monitor machine performance during the production process. * Perform format changes and basic preventive maintenance adjustments. * Supervise and coordinate personnel involved in machine startup, operation, and shutdown. * Verify product dimensions, finish, and specifications against quality standards. * Monitor process variables and report downtime or incidents. * Perform adjustments on the mill and ensure proper equipment operation. * Maintain a clean and orderly work area and machinery. * Report malfunctions and collaborate with corrective maintenance teams. * Meet the daily production schedule and manufacturing orders. * Use tools, safety equipment, and measuring devices correctly. * Comply with internal regulations, safety policies, and the Quality Management System. Requirements: * Experience operating industrial machinery. * Knowledge of production processes and quality control. * Proficiency in using measuring tools. * Availability to work rotating shifts. * Teamwork skills and strong sense of responsibility. * Basic knowledge of industrial maintenance.
