Join us and help run what runs the world. **This position reports to:** Planning \& Fulfillment Specialist \_\_ **Your role and responsibilities (Mandatory)** In this role, you will have the opportunity to gain vocational experience through a temporary work placement. Each day, you will acquire knowledge by performing tasks as directed. You will also showcase your expertise by supporting ABB’s operations and enhancing personal education/employment opportunities. The work model for the role is: **On S****ite****.** This role is contributing to the **Electrification Division in México.** You will be mainly accountable for: * Support the sourcing and selection of suppliers by evaluating quotations based on price, quality, and delivery timelines. * Create purchase orders and monitor their status to ensure on\-time delivery. * Maintain accurate purchasing records and keep supplier information up to date. * Assist in vendor negotiations regarding pricing, terms, and conditions. * Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with warehouse and planning teams to ensure supply continuity. * Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures. * Address and resolve issues related to delivery delays, shortages, or quality concerns. * Prepare regular reports on purchasing activities and supplier performance. **Qualifications for the role (Mandatory)** * You enjoy working with **planning materials** and the **electrical** market. * You have **basic knowledge on supply chain.** * You are passionate about **demand fluctation, forecasting, supply chain.** * Active students from last 3 semesters from careers like **International Business, Industrial Engineering or any Engineering field**.
