**Job Description:** A highly creative industrial designer with experience in Fusion 360 design to join our interactive kiosk design/fabrication team. As an industrial designer, you will be responsible for creating precise and functional designs optimized for production on CNC machinery. Your ability to combine ingenious thinking with technical skills will be essential to success in this role. **Responsibilities:** * Use computer-aided design (CAD) software to create 2D and 3D models of parts and products to be manufactured on CNC machines. * Optimize designs to improve production efficiency, minimizing waste and cutting time. * Select the most suitable materials for each project, considering functionality and cost. * Conduct testing and prototyping to ensure design viability and quality prior to mass production. * Collaborate with the production team to resolve any issues arising during the manufacturing process. * Stay up to date with the latest trends and advancements in industrial design and CNC technology. **Requirements:** * Degree in Industrial Design, Engineering, or a related field. * Demonstrable experience designing industrial furniture/objects using CNC. * Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software, specifically Fusion 360. Knowledge of AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar software is desirable. * In-depth knowledge of CNC manufacturing processes and cut optimization. * Ability to create accurate and detailed 2D and 3D models. * Creativity and problem-solving ability in design and production contexts. * Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with other departments. * Knowledge of materials and their behavior during machining processes. * Ability to manage multiple projects and meet established deadlines. * Passion for industrial design and a commitment to continuous learning and skill improvement. ---- General Note: The enumeration of these responsibilities, policies, requirements, and activities is illustrative rather than exhaustive, with the understanding that the incumbent must undertake all tasks necessary for the proper operation, development, expansion, and success of the company.
