Job Description: A company specializing in maintenance services is seeking a Maintenance Multitechnician to join its team. The position is responsible for carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance activities in facilities, ensuring the proper operation of equipment and compliance with safety standards. Main Responsibilities: Perform preventive and corrective maintenance in electrical systems, plumbing, air conditioning, and finishing work. Diagnose and repair basic faults in facilities and equipment. Respond to and follow up on reports and incidents. Record activities in maintenance logs and checklists. Comply with safety protocols. Provide general support in technical tasks assigned by the department. Requirements: Education: Completed high school, technical degree, or recent engineering graduate. Minimum experience of 6 months to 1 year in general or multitechnician maintenance. Availability to work rotating shifts. Basic knowledge of electrical maintenance, plumbing, air conditioning, and finishing work. Proficiency in using manual and electric tools. Adherence to safety and hygiene standards.
