Required competencies: * Technical knowledge of construction processes, focused on excavation, installation of PE gas pipes, and concrete replacement. (or similar) * Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams. * Report preparation; use of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc. * Ability to identify risks and implement preventive measures. (industrial safety training). * Organization and control of execution timelines, and planning of daily, weekly, and monthly activities. * Attitude, discipline, leadership, effective communication, and results orientation. Main responsibilities: * Personnel supervision: lead crews of civil workers, plumbers, and technicians specialized in polyethylene (PE) piping. * Project management: plan, coordinate, and verify the proper execution of activities including demolition of concrete sidewalks, manual excavation with shovel and straight bar to depths of 0.80 to 1.50 m, and replacement of construction elements. * Technical installation: supervise the replacement of ½" diameter PE pipe sections, ensuring correct connection and sealing according to specifications. * Quality control: verify layer-by-layer backfilling and compaction (20 cm layers), as well as concrete replacement with a minimum strength of 200 kg/cm². * Industrial safety: ensure compliance with safety regulations, mandatory use of personal protective equipment (PPE), barricading of work areas, and shared supervision.
